Premas is pleased to announce the release of Premaster 2.23, introducing dynamic forms directly integrated into work orders. This update enables more structured, efficient, and fully documented job execution. Now available across both Premaster desktop and Premaster GO.
Forms can now be attached to work orders and completed as part of the job execution process. This means technicians and operators have everything they need in one place — no separate systems, no manual handoffs.
When a work order is started, a dedicated form is automatically created and made available in a new tab. This removes the need for manual setup and ensures that the right form is always associated with the right job.
The form can be filled out continuously throughout the work process, allowing teams to document progress in real time rather than relying on memory or paper-based records after the fact.
When signing the work order, the form is included and displayed directly within the signing dialog. This ensures that documentation is complete and reviewed at the point of sign-off — no steps are skipped.
Once the work order is signed, the form is locked for editing. A form report is automatically generated and saved as an attachment in the work order history, creating a clear and tamper-proof audit trail.
For ships, offshore platforms, and onshore installations, accurate documentation of maintenance and operational tasks is critical — both for safety and compliance. With Premaster 2.23, dynamic forms become a natural part of the workflow, reducing administrative burden while improving traceability and quality assurance.
