Torghatten chooses Premaster

Torghatten Nord has been using Premaster for over ten years, and the entire shipping division of the Torghatten Group is now set to use Premaster

As the largest shipping company, with 50 ferries and express boats, Torghatten Nord has been leading the way for other shipping companies in the Torghatten Group. Torghatten ASA decided to introduce Premaster throughout the Group in 2016. Torghatten used systems from several suppliers before it decided to standardise. The good experiences that Torghatten Nord has had with Premaster over many years, combined with the benefits of standardising on a single system, led Torghatten ASA to choose Premaster for all the shipping companies in the Group.

Fosen Namsos Sjø AS is the latest shipping company to implement Premaster. Premas converted 22 ships from the old system alongside the clearing and clean-up of the databases and the commissioning of new functions for fleet management. All the companies in the Group, which has a fleet of around 110 vessels, have now started using Premaster as their ship management system

The national road across the Oslofjord. Bastø Fosen is one of the companies in the Torghatten Group to start using Premaster.
